MOORESVILLE, NC – (Oct. 7th, 2019) When Natalie Decker takes the green flag for her first-ever NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race at Talladega Superspeedway, she will have some new paint on her No. 54 Toyota Tundra. Decker announced that she has come to terms with DDXLLC (Double D Express Towing & Transport) for a one-race sponsorship for Talladega Superspeedway.

“I’m excited to get back to Dega, and adding this new partnership with Double D Express makes it that much more exciting!”, says Decker. “They are a small business and my family has always been involved in small businesses, so it’s something near and dear to my heart. I am excited to race with them and see where the partnership goes in the future with Double D Express!”

DDXLLC is based out of Daleville, Indiana. However, they operate throughout the South East and Midwest, with a secondary home base out of Naples, Florida. They have been in business since 1995 and are family owned and operated. The main owner, Tracey Pierce, has been a fan of Natalie Decker for a couple of years now, and they wanted to do what they could to help Decker, while also getting into NASCAR for the first time.

“The thought of partnering with Natalie has been on our radar for a few months. We then reached out to the Decker team to see if there was any way possible, a small company like ours could do anything with them.” explained Tracey Pierce, “They came back and said that they thought they could work something out with us to make our first splash into NASCAR. It was on from there.”

Though this will be their first time in NASCAR, the Pierce family is very familiar with auto sports, having an NHRA team of their own. Additionally, her children race and have been involved with the sport, from her children who racing in dragsters as well as karts to her 6-month-old granddaughter who spends time out at the track as well.

“We’re diehard drag racers. But, we were looking for something different to get our name out there, and Natalie caught my eye. I’ve been watching her for a while. She is pretty much on her game when it comes to racing.” says Pierce.

Though the current deal with Natalie is set for one race, Pierce believes that DDXLLC will be working with Decker in the future.
“We are planning on doing more stuff with Natalie. However, our focus is the Talladega race for now, and we will see what happens from there.” says Pierce.

Double D Express will have its logo on both sides of the rear quarter panels of Natalie’s No. 54 DGR-Crosley Toyota Tundra at Talladega Superspeedway. With excitement building, Natalie Decker is ready to get to the track and get to work.

“There is still so much I have to learn about Superspeedways because I have only raced on them a few times, but I’m so excited to get to Talladega and have some fun in the draft!” says Decker.

You can catch all the action on Saturday, October 12th, as Decker takes to the track for the Sugarland Shine 250. The green flag is set for 1:30 pm EST, and you can tune in on FS1 to see Decker in action with Double D Express on the truck as the new partnership officially gets underway.
