Tickets On Sale For The 2014 Labor Day Weekend Race at Atlanta Motor Speedway

Hampton Ga. (October 2, 2013) – Tickets for Atlanta Motor Speedway’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Labor Day weekend race Aug. 29 – 31 go on sale Friday, Oct. 4 at 9 a.m.

The weekend schedule includes NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying on Friday, Aug. 29 and the 300-mile NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Saturday, Aug. 30. The weekend concludes with the 500-mile NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday, Aug. 31. The complete schedule of events for the 2014 Labor Day race weekend will be announced at a later date.

In addition to grandstand tickets, camping, pre-race passes, reserved parking as well as individual suite seats will also be available beginning on Friday, Oct. 4 at 9 a.m. Tickets may be purchased at the Atlanta Motor Speedway ticket office, online at www.atlantamotorspeedway.com, by phone at 877-9-AMS-TIX and at all Atlanta area Ticketmaster locations.

Atlanta Motor Speedway is once again making available interest free payment plans for all fans that purchase their tickets by Feb. 28, 2014. Place a 25 percent deposit of the total ticket purchase price and then pay the remaining balance in three equal payments on April 1, May 15 and July 1.

All fans that purchase tickets to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race before Feb. 28, 2014 automatically become members of the AMS Insider’s Club and are eligible to receive exclusive experiences race weekend. Winners will be selected for Insider’s Experiences beginning in March of 2014.

Historically, as the second-to-last race before the Chase for the Sprint Cup Championship, Atlanta Motor Speedway figures to play a pivotal role as drivers battle for wins, points, and position before the ten-race playoff begins. In past years, a driver’s finish at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Labor Day weekend can make or break a season. Kyle Bush was the winner of the AdvoCare 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sept. 1, 2013.
