Record Breaking Driver Commits To Stadium Super Truck Series

Race driver, Dave Royce sets sights on the Speed Energy Formula Off Road Stadium Super Trucks presented by Traxxas in 2015.
Gurnee, Illinois, (Wednesday 8th October 2014) – Multi-disciplined driver Dave Royce, today announced his intentions to compete in the Robby Gordon owned Stadium Super Truck series for 2015.
Stealing the show at the 2014 Austin X-Games, the highflying series is going from strength to strength, gaining popularity among race, truck, off-road and action sports fans all over the country. With identically prepared high-power trucks generating speeds over 130mph across almost any surface, the series is bringing electrifying, high-flying, off-road racing to the masses. Royce had his first taste of the thrills and spills of the series at the Coronado Speed Festival in California last month, and will be racing again in Las Vegas in November for the last races of 2014.
Dave Royce said, “I’m very excited to have the opportunity to drive a Stadium Super Truck. Robby has done a tremendous job of putting this program together for drivers from all backgrounds. With racing elements like Joker Lane and Competition Yellow at the halfway mark, there is always something exciting going on behind the wheel and for the fans to enjoy.”
Royce will join a lineup of drivers from virtually every form of motorsport, and will race against some of the best off-road, IndyCar, NASCAR and sports car drivers in the world, including series founder Robby Gordon.
As part of his preparation for 2015, Dave has partnered with Vivacity, who will administer all commercial and communication aspects of his racing endeavors.
