Powerbuilt Tools to Offer New Award for Racers

Napa, CA , March 11, 2014 —  Powerbuilt, the premiere hand tool and automotive tool brand  of AllTrade Tools, announced support for the teams in the Nitto Tires United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC) with the creation of a special award at each race during the 2014 season.  Eligible teams can win the Powerbuilt Tools Award with the prize being a Powerbuilt ½-inch Deflecting Beam Professional Torque Wrench.

The USTCC season will start on April 5, 2014 at Buttonwillow Raceway just north of Los Angeles.  The teams will have seven races across the west coast finishing at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, California.

The USTCC is a professional road racing series comprising of late model sport compact sedans such as BMW 3 series, Mazdaspeed 3, Hyundai Genesis Coupe, Honda Civic and others.  The cars use slightly modified engines and highly modified suspensions with aerodynamic ground effects and sticky Nitto race tires.  Most of the races can be seen exclusively on Final Drive TV (www.finaldrive.net).
