Multiple Opportunities For Fans To Upgrade Oral-B USA 500 Tickets at Atlanta Motor Speedway

HAMPTON, Ga. (August 25, 2014) – All grandstand tickets can be upgraded to enhance the race day experience of Oral-B USA 500 ticket holders for this weekend’s Labor Day Weekend NASCAR events at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Any grandstand ticket can easily be upgraded to include pre-race pit pass access throughout the weekend. A Pre-Race Pit Pass will provide stage front access to the performance by Yacht Rock Revue and all the front stretch activities which include the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver introductions along with a lumberjack competition, sword swallower, a trapeze artist, a motorcycle “Globe of Death” exhibition and the human cannon ball. In addition, pre-race pit pass holders will have the chance to view and photograph the 43 car starting field parked along the front stretch. Access for pre-race pit pass holders will begin at 4 p.m.

A limited number of Sunday only pre-race pit passes are available for $100 while children 12 and under can purchase a half price pre-race pit pass for $50. A weekend pre-race pit pass valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is only $125. A grandstand or infield ticket is required for each pre-race pit pass holder. A pre-race pit pass will provide access to the pit area and for no additional cost will also provide stage front access on the track for all the Pre-Race Pit Party activities.

This weekend’s visitors can also enjoy NASCAR action from the comfort of an air-conditioned suite. The Elliott Suite, located above the Elliott Grandstand, is the only suite option at the Speedway allowing fans to bring their own food and beverages into a suite. Elliott Suite tickets are $149 per person for the Oral-B USA 500.

The Champions Suite provide a view of the racing action overlooking the frontstretch and includes pre-race pit access, food and drink offerings and pre-race pit and stagefront access. Champions Suite tickets are $295 a person for Sunday and $395 for Saturday and Sunday. An all-inclusive race weekend experience will be offered in Club One. All Club One customers can enjoy the race from the rooftop observation deck available only to Club One ticket holders. The inside of Club One is adorned by more than 50 flat-screen televisions to complement its theatre-style seating and high-end food and beverage offerings. Club One tickets are $545 for Sunday and $675 for Saturday and Sunday.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles To Be In Fan Zone

The Atlanta Motor Speedway Fan Zone will be invaded by “Turtle power” during the Oral-B USA 500 weekend. The Nickelodeon Kids Zone, located in the Fan Zone, will feature family fun activities and appearances by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Costumed characters. Other activities will include a TMNT-themed photo station and obstacle course, cooling lounge and tattoo station in addition to micro-stock car racing. Nick Radio’s J Boogie will be broadcasting from the Nickelodeon Kids Zone. TMNT characters will make appearances in the Kids Zone as well as at other locations at the Speedway throughout race weekend.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will also adorn the NASCAR Nationwide Series car driven by Chris Buescher and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series entry driven by Michael McDowell.

Numerous Opportunities To Benefit Speedway Children’s Charities During Race Weekend Events

The Atlanta chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities at Atlanta Motor Speedway will again provide fans fun activities that will also allow them to assist local organizations in the Metro Atlanta area and across Georgia.

The Reed Sorenson Charity Golf Classic will be held Aug. 28 at Crystal Lake Golf Club in Hampton. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and a shotgun start is at 10 a.m. The NRA David Ragan Shootout is scheduled for 8:30 a.m., on Friday, Aug. 29 at Cherokee Rose Sporting Club in Griffin.

Oral-B USA 500 ticketholders will again have the chance to walk on Atlanta Motor Speedway’s legendary racing surface during the Track Trek on Sunday, Aug. 31. Those wishing to participate should meet at Gate 15 at 10 a.m. The walk begins at 11 a.m. The cost is $10 per participant.

Race fans can bid on rare pieces of memorabilia and pre-race parade lap drivers during the Memorabilia Live Auction. The auction will take place at Bruton Smith Park, which is near the large shower house close to the Fan Zone flags.

Speedway Children’s Charities volunteers will pass through the grandstands following the first caution of the Oral-B USA 500. The “Red Bucket Brigade” will pass buckets throughout the grandstands and spectators will have the opportunity to make a donation to the Atlanta chapter of the charity.

Atlanta Motor Speedway guests will be able to drive their personal vehicles on the Speedway the morning after the Oral-B USA 500 at the Hot Laps on Monday, Sept. 1 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Those wishing to take part should arrive at the main infield tunnel in their vehicle. Hot laps are $10 per vehicle while rides in the Atlanta Motor Speedway pace car will be $15 per person.
