33rd Annual Spring Racing Collectible and Model Car Swap Meet

The 33rd Annual Spring Racing Memorabilia and Model Car Swap Meet will be held Sunday, April 12, at the Waukesha County Exposition Center in west-suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Founded in the 1980s by the late racing photographer Mike Dunn and his wife Joan, the twice-a-year gathering features dealers of model car kits, promos, die-cast and tin.

A wide variety of auto racing memorabilia and collectibles including programs, yearbooks, photos and press kits will also be offered for sale.

Milwaukeean Dale Jones, who recently took over the show’s promotion from the Dunn family announced this week: “We are encouraged by the interest in our April show as we have over 85 dealer tables sold already and are hoping to add to that total before the 12th. We continue the show to honor its founders Mike and Joan Dunn.”

Also scheduled to appear are a 1970 Plymouth Superbird driven by Iowa racing veteran Ramo Stott in NASCAR, USAC and ARCA events and a 1947 Kurtis Kraft KK-2000 Indianapolis 500 racer.

Show hours will be 10:00am-2:00pm at the Expo located south of I-94 (Exit 294) at 1000 Northview Rd., (west and south of Waukesha Co. Center Airport/Crites Field).
